What the páramo and the season decide
A table facing the Avenue of the Volcanoes, a phrase Alexander von Humboldt used in 1802 to describe this Andean geography. The kitchen combines typical Ecuadorian highland dishes, some international options and largely family recipes.
À la carte breakfast includes seasonal fruit, juices, homemade bread, eggs cooked to order, hot drinks, ham, cheese, butter and cream; pancakes or French toast are available on request.
Café service is available throughout the day. Meals outside regular hours may be arranged in advance.
